How seProposals Works
seProposals allows you to point and click to create proposal content and assemble proposals in a visually stunning PDF document that can be professionally printed, output on your office printer, or emailed.
The software handles calculating your pricing, allows different content experts to populate text, allows embedding of images and charts, and lets you create repositories for your content (such as attachments, cover letters, key resources, products, services, and an unlimited amount of information you control).
Fully Customized
seProposals can be customized to your organization's exact needs, or used "out of the box." seProposals natively integrates with CRM systems, and our dedicated engineers will work with you to integrate the application (if requested) into your existing systems.
seProposals gives your entire company access to text, images, case studies, articles or any other information you permit them to access. You can then pull the content into proposals and documents in different ways, at any time, to create unique selling proposals.
Users (including yourself) simply point and click to get the information they need into the proposal. At any point you can edit the text and be confident knowing that everyone has the most up-to-date content at their fingertips. If you permit users to fine tune text for an individual proposal, users can login and use your text as a guide and add and edit the content. Or you can leave it locked so that only you or other administrators can edit it.
How it Works—the Details
seProposals is divided into three functional areas: Assets, Tools, and Proposals. Assets are parts of a proposal, such as a chapter, a case study, or a pricing section. In order to build Assets, salesElement provides you Tools. These Tools can be customized to your exact needs, or taken from our library of existing Tools. The combination of several Assets results in a Proposal, which can be sent to your prospect and tracked through our proposal software.
Our staff can create web-based quoting engines that will guide your sales team when creating a quote. Or, if you already have existing systems, seProposals can take the information directly from your in-house or third-party systems and pull that information into the proposal so it's presented to the customer in an organized and consistent manner—all without sacrificing control and ensuring that only the people authorized to make adjustments are able to do so.
seProposals uses a system of design templates to handle ALL of the formatting and design. Your sales reps never have to worry that a headline will end up at the bottom of a page, or that a logo isn't scaled properly. Everything from colors to kerning, leading, and all the other technical aspects of graphic design are handled by the software. The graphic design makes the proposal stand out from your competition, but doesn't require any additional effort on the part of your sales team.
