While seProposals has a stand-alone account, contact, and opportunity management system built in, its true potential is illustrated when it integrates with a powerful CRM system.
If you already use one of these CRM products (or other CRM system), seProposals can speak with the system and share information, such as which accounts proposals were sent to, and when. seProposals provides your CRM system with information that can be used in pipeline reports, and eliminates having to type your account, contact, and opportunity information in seProposals (if you've already done it in your CRM). The reduction of duplicating data-entry, plus the added benefit of consistent information being shared in multiple systems saves your organization time and money. Furthermore, you can pull up any proposal directly from your CRM system, and once the proposal is created and saved, it automatically gets posted to your CRM so that it can be used, shared, and tracked through and beyond the sales process.
Any custom information you store in your CRM (whether native to your CRM system or custom-made for your company) can be brought into seProposals and used in your proposals. The integration is seamless, and all your staff has to do is put the information into CRM and it's automatically available (in real-time) in seProposals.
